03 Pet Policy

The Riverdale Retreat resident will be entitled to keep no more than two domestic dogs, cats, or birds.

At such time the tenant actually keeps any such animal on the Premises, the tenant shall pay the landlord a pet deposit of $500 USD, with $250 USD of the deposit will be non-refundable. The non-refundable portion will be used at the termination or expiration of the Lease Agreement to clean the carpets and ventilation ducts of the building.
